flow charts. Also referred to as performance aids for a job or task.
Job Design
An intervention involving the arrangement or rearrangement of tasks,
people and technology that is designed
to improve worker performance through job enrichment and the reduction of worker
dissatisfaction.
Judgment
The cognitive capacity to assess situations and circumstances
to draw sound conclusions.
